What type of rooms do you offer?

We have both shared rooms and private rooms. Our rooms are large and easily accommodate two residents. All rooms are wheelchair accessible and on the Ground Floor.


Who monitors the residents' health?

We have a Licensed Nurse on-site monitors the residents' health on a daily basis and communicates with the residents' physicians and family members.


What are the Shared Room and Private Room rates?

Our rates are reasonable and no hidden charges and cover all the services except the co-payment.


Are there any visiting hours restrictions?

Our facility is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. There is no visiting hour restriction by the facility, unless the resident decides to limit his/her visiting hours.


How frequently are activities conducted within the facility?

Daily activities are conducted in the facility, and are based upon the individual's Resident Plan.


Who handles Rehabilitation Services?

Rehabilitation agency staff visit the facility and provide therapeutic services on-site.


How often can a resident leave the facility?

If a resident is capable of making decisions to leave the facility for a visit, he/she can go on a visit without any restrictions, if a resident's family members are willing to take the resident on a visit, all medication instructions are given to family members and no restrictions on the number of visits. The resident, family members or an approved representative can always contact the facility for any assistance.
